First Choice USA is actively working with a transportation company who are looking to hire a Business Development Manager in Montgomery.
This role is with an established truckload and expedited company who have offices spread across the USA.
The candidate will be hired to develop the market of Alabama and work with the brokerage team and the asset division within the company.
Candidate's main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing relationships with a customer network of FTL and Expedited customers.
- Responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with customers across Alabama.
- Work closely with the operations team.
- Utilize the brokerage and asset division to maximize profitability.
Candidates must have:
- Prior brokerage experience.
- Experience establishing and maintaining a customer base.
- An existing knowledge of the market within Alabama.
