First Choice currently have an assignment for a well know client based out of Houston that are looking for a Director of Brokerage Sales, to oversee a team of 13 Freight Brokers
This role would be a new business hunter role with some account farming. Working in the 3PL and Domestic sector, and managing and hiring a team of Brokers
The company that are looking hold over 12 office's nationwide and reach the $360 million turnover mark in 2025.
This role will ensure a competitive and a respected leader in the 3PL Brokerage, Domestic Transport (FTL and LTL), customs brokerage and logistics services sector. This role demands a strategic approach that is innovative and focused on continuous improvement, whilst being underpinned by a strong commercial acumen.
First Choices client hold over 350 Trucks and 450 Trailers across Flat bed and Dry Van
Salary $110,000 - $135,000 + Commission (20% on GP, first dollar) + Yearly Bonus + Benefits.
