National Director Of Accounts - Houston - Texas



First Choice currently have an assignment for a medium sized client in Houston Texas. Their head office is based in Houston Texas, but the role would be covering the USA, Mexico and Canada.



This role would be a new business hunter role with some account farming. Working in the 3PL and Domestic sector



The company that are looking hold over 40 offices nationwide and reached the $600 million turnover mark in 2025.



This position will lead and manage the organisation through a robust knowledge and understanding of the commercial, regulatory process across Domestic Freight. This role will be for a competitive and respected leader in the 3PL, Domestic, customs brokerage and logistics services sector. This role demands a strategic approach that is innovative and focused on continuous improvement, whilst being underpinned by a strong commercial acumen.



Salary $100,000 - $125,000 + Commission (20% on GP, first dollar) + Yearly Bonus + Benefits.
