LTL Sales Manager - Boston, MA - $110 - $125k + Benefits





A large global forwarder who have established themselves in the US over the last 20 years are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing Boston based team!





You will be heading up the development of the Boston market with a focus on domestic LTL, so must be familiar developing and maintaining new business as well as overseeing and growing a team.







Main Duties:



- Staff management

- Reviews / Appraisals, Training etc.

- Involvement in sales as required

- Experienced with new business development and account management.

- Travel as needed to build business







Candidate must:



- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

- Experience overseeing a team

- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

- Be career driven and passionate about their role in the company.
