Air Export Coordinator - JFK, NY - $55k - $65k + Bonus
*Must have Air Export Logistics experience*
First Choice are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Export Coordinator for a growing company based in JFK. They have had exceptional growth over the last 5 years and are now looking to expand their team with driven individuals looking to take their career to the next level.
Essential Duties:
- Experience of Air Export procedures and documentation (A-Z).
- Problem solve outside of normal job functions to support clients
- Pricing and Negotiation experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Correspond with agents, airlines and freight carriers.
- Alert all agents to pick up and deliveries.
- Update all tickets in cargo wise daily.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A high level of energy and a "can-do" positive attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
