First Choice are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Import Operator for a top Freight Forwarding company based in Boston.
Essential Duties:
- Air Import procedures and documentation (A-Z).
- Problem solving outside of normal job functions to support clients
- Pricing and Negotiation experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Correspond with agents, airlines and freight carriers.
- Alert all agents to pick up and deliveries.
- Update all tickets in Cargo Wise daily.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A high level of energy and a "can-do" positive attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
