First Choice are currently recruiting for a well rounded Import/Export/Domestic Operations Coordinator to join a rapidly growing global freight forwarder in Connecticut, on a 100% REMOTE basis.
You will be joining a well established, highly experienced team.
Essential Duties:
- Experience of Import, Export and Domestic procedures and documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Book freight with carriers and consolidators and obtain freight rates.
- Problem solve outside of normal job functions to support clients.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A high level of energy and a "can-do" positive attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
