First Choice USA are actively working with a growing domestic transportation company out of Texas that currently hold 5 offices across North America.
Right now, this company are looking to grow their sales force in the Scottsdale, AZ area further.
This company offer all domestic freight services including FTL, LTL, Domestic Air Freight, Warehousing and Intermodal and you will be responsible for the below.
- Selling and promoting all domestic transportation solutions offered.
- Cold calling leads and following up leads from the website.
- Work closely with the operations team.
- Utilize the brokerage and asset division to maximize profitability.
The ideal candidate will have the below experience.
- 2 years minimum experience in selling 3PL services (primarily FTL Reefer, Dry van and Flatbed) across North America.
- 2 years experience soliciting new business.
- Managing current customers while developing relationships to grow customer base.
- Presenting a full range of services to their customer base.
- Setting meetings, running business presentations and closing new business.
This company offer career progression and an unbelievable compensation package of $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + 15% commission from the first dollar + Full company benefits
