Pricing Specialist - Project Cargo - $55,000 - $75,000 - Houston
Location: Houston, Texas
A well known international freight forwarder who oversee the movement of Project Cargo are looking to hire a Senior Pricing Specialist to oversee their Project Cargo Division (International Freight)
Candidate would be required to be commercial minded, experience in sourcing and negotiating freight rates for inland trucking, port/terminal rates as well as ocean freight rates for general cargo as well as over dimensional and heavy lift cargo (i.e. cargo over 50ton).
Ideally the candidate has experience in procuring and handling crane and rigging work, i.e. mobilize crane, gantry lift or jack and slide work as well as heavy haul and vessel chartering.
Commodity wise we are looking for someone with background in transformers, generators, turbines, modules, compressors or other large industrial equipment.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry.
Package $55,000 - $75,000 + Monthly Bonus + Yearly Bonus and Full Benefits
