Title: Senior Account Executive
Salary: $75,000 - $850,000 + 15% Commission ($1)
Location: DFW
First Choice are actively working with a rapidly expanding asset backed freight brokerage company that has both Domestic Transportation and International Freight Forwarding capabilities.
This company are looking for an experienced Freight Brokerage Business Development Representative to join their growing office in Dallas/ Fort worth.
The ideal candidate will have the below experience:
- An extensive understanding and knowledge in Dry van, Flatbed and Refrigerated movements primarily across Texas and the surrounding states.
- Deep knowledge of North American FTL operations and pricing.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive FTL sales across in DFW with a main focus of Dry van, Flat bed and Reefer loads.
- Identify and secure new business while expanding existing accounts.
- Work closely with operations to ensure top-tier service.
- Stay ahead of market trends and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize revenue.
